The Museum of the Memory of the 20th Century in cooperation with the Faculty of Education of Charles University prepared a seminar on the use of film materials from the 20th century in museum exhibitions and historical education. The seminar was organised as a prelude to the 3rd annual festival of documentary films, THE LOST AND THE SACRIFIED, which will take place from 8 to 12 November 2022 in Prague. The seminar was intended for museum professionals, museum educators, documentary filmmakers, editors of thematic media, university students.
The seminar took place on 12 September 2022 at 1 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Faculty of Education, Charles University, M. D. Rettigové 4, Prague 1.
Program: introduction by Jan Kalous (Director of the Museum of Memory of the 20th Century) and Petr Koura (Department of History and Didactics of History, Faculty of Education, Charles University)
