The museum was visited by the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania in Prague Laimonas Talat-Kelpša

On 7 March 2022, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania Laimonas Talat-Kelpša visited the Twentieth Century Memorial Museum. The Director of the Museum Jan Kalous and the Head of the Department of Historical Education Petr Blažek informed His Excellency about the activities of the Museum and the exhibition being prepared in the House of Pážat. The Ambassador offered his assistance in the preparation of the 3rd edition of the Unbroken and Sacrificed Film Festival. Together with the Lithuanian Embassy and the Václav Havel Library, the Museum is preparing a debate on Romas Kalantas, who set himself on fire in May 1972 in protest against the Russification of Lithuania. The museum received a collection of books on the history of Lithuania in the 20th century as a gift from the Lithuanian Embassy.
