  • until 1989 - participation in dissident activities, rewriting the underground magazine Vokno and other samizdat literature, in 1988 co-founder of the Independent Peace Association, an independent initiative cooperating with Charter 77
  • 1988 - arrested for participation in a demonstration on the 20th anniversary of the occupation of Czechoslovakia and preparation of a demonstration on the 70th anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia

She participated as a member of parliament in the approval of the Constitution of the Czech Republic, the Constitutional Court Act, the Public Media Act, the Act on the Illegality of the Communist Regime and others.
